We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at LES, a trusted provider of essential utility services in the community. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting internal teams, and serving as a key point of contact for staff and customers. JOB SUMMARY 

Provides administrative support to a department or division. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with budget preparation and variance tracking, preparing correspondence, auditing employee P cards, travel coordination for assigned employees, scheduling meetings, reconciling invoices, and maintaining files and records. Consistent and reliable attendance is required. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND COMPETENCIES 

• Performs various routine clerical duties such as using standard office equipment, screening incoming calls, performing data entry, faxing documents, filing, typing, etc. 

• Uses various advanced computer software applications, such as SharePoint, SAP, Office suite, customized solutions, etc. 

• Drafts confidential documents such as meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence, communications, etc., into final format ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, etc. 

• Schedules appointments, meetings, and workshops along with ensuring proper accommodations are secured including place, catering, IT requirements, etc. 

• Processes vouchers, purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliations, and forms in accordance with company procedures. 

• Prepares and reviews reports, presentations, and/or related materials for internal and external use and delivery.
