Financial Analyst - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Power BI and SAP experience is strongly preferred.
Senior Financial Analyst - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required with MBA preferred. At least 6 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, along with exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Microsoft Power BI and SAP experience is strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND COMPETENCIES
Responsible for financial planning and budgeting. Specific responsibilities include budgeting, financial modeling, annual financial reporting to rating agencies, gathering, analyzing and interpreting financial information, making recommendations based on analysis and evaluating the financial performance of the organization and suggesting ways to improve. Responsible for providing treasury support and analysis which includes managing investments, banking relationships, and various compliance-related activities. Leads medium to large projects with minimal guidance. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Prepares and finalizes monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the organization including related summary commentary and analysis. Prepares and monitors budgets for area of assignment.

Performs in-depth analysis of financial statements and supplemental filings to assess company's financial condition, to determine liquidity and financial needs, to identify prospective risks and to detect possible regulatory violations.

Conducts financial forecasting through use of financial modeling systems and works with other divisions to develop various scenarios ensuring accuracy of financial modeling results.
- Analyzes data outputs, which includes actual and plan data, from financial systems for accuracy and troubleshoots variances and inaccuracies as needed.
- Proposes financial recommendations by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods to assist with change management.
- Assists with report preparation for external use by rating agencies and other entities to assess the financial health of the organization.
