We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Records and Policies Specialist to join our LES team and play a key role in maintaining the corporate records and governance documents of our organization. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing company records, ensuring accurate documentation practices, and supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and organizing LES’s corporate policies and enterprise-wide records, forms and other documents. This responsibility will require the employee to interface with LES employees on all matters related to LES physical and electronic enterprise content including, but not limited to, records retention, litigation holds, public records requests, contract management system, the corporate forms library and corporate policies and processes collection. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND COMPETENCIES
- Coordinate the process to create, revise and eliminate LES corporate policies, processes and forms from coordination and drafting with subject matter experts, completion of the shared review collaborative process and publication of a final approved version.
- Manages the organization’s records management and records retention schedule as the subject matter expert and assures organizational compliance with the records retention schedule.
- Provide support and training to internal individuals regarding the records retention schedule, archive tracking process and contract management process.
- Coordinate the response to all formal public records requests and collaborate with LES legal counsel to ensure all responses are compliant.
- Identify individuals affected by a litigation hold and ensure that all affected individuals are made aware of their obligations related to a litigation hold.
- Coordinate and partner with the LES Technology Services Division as the business subject matter expert on the implementation, management and improvement of technology resources and systems utilized in records management and data lifecycle management.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; and
- At least four years of relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education
